Carl Ritger [FKA Radere⁸; b. 1984] is a producer and sound artist operating out of the Colorado Front Range, whose densely texture sonic environments span the verdant zone between drone, noise, and musique concrète. About the mix: Recorded at home during the early days of summer 2022, this mix functions as a brief meditation on notions of impermanence, environmental collapse, and our culture's capacity for living with the trouble; or, it may simply just be a collection of old and new favorites that have lodged themselves into my routine in recent months.
