NEWWORLDAQUARIUM / TAHO- Delsin 2.0 Remix EP1 (Redshape Mix) (Delsin) Comentários: The original is already one of the most played tracks round our part of the world, so to have a Redshape re-working of Newworldaquarium's "Trespassers" on wax is quite the proposition - and despite us being totally attached to the original it's an utterly righteous, perfectly judged endeavour. The shiny House vibe of the original is maintained with those shimmering Fender Rhodes cascades, but the whole thing is toughened by a rugged bassline and an ingenious use of handclaps that imbues proceedings with a more pristine, technofied agenda. Over on the flipside Quince tackles Taho's 'Energy Fields' with hugely satisfying results, ending up with a quasi-filtered dubified techno shuffle that owns the deep end of the floor.
